Privacy, in plain language.
The short version: we collect what it takes to build and run your AI receptionist, we tell callers they're talking to a recorded AI, we sell nothing, and you can ask us to delete your data anytime.
Who we are
nodesmatic builds and operates AI voice receptionists for businesses. This site runs the product it sells: the demos, the calls, and the dashboards here are the real system.
Questions, or any request about your data: hello@nodesmatic.com. We answer.
What we collect, and why
- Demo requests: the website address you paste, your email, optional phone, industry, and language choice. Used to build your demo and follow up on it.
- Calls with our agents: audio recording, transcript, and an AI-generated summary. Every agent discloses at the start of the call that it is an AI and that the call is recorded.
- Client accounts: your email for sign-in links, plus the calls, bookings, and usage your agent handles.
- Site basics: standard security and performance logs (IP, browser type). We run no advertising trackers and no cross-site cookies.
Where it goes
We build on established infrastructure providers to run the service: voice and telephony (Retell AI, ElevenLabs, Twilio), AI processing (Anthropic), website reading for demos (Firecrawl), scheduling (Cal.com), and security (Cloudflare). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.
We never sell your data, and we never use your calls to train public AI models.
How long we keep it
Demo agents are temporary and are deleted when the demo expires (about 14 days). Call recordings, transcripts, and contact details are kept so we can follow up and improve the service; email us and we delete them.
Client production data is retained for the life of the contract and handed over or deleted when it ends. Clients own their call data and can export it.
Your choices
Email hello@nodesmatic.com to access, correct, or delete anything we hold about you or your business. Unsubscribe links in our emails work on the first click, and we keep a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
