The service

nodesmatic builds, tunes, and operates AI voice receptionists: agents that answer calls, qualify callers, answer questions from your business's information, and book appointments. We run them on established voice and AI infrastructure and give you a dashboard with your calls, transcripts, and bookings.

Demos

Demos are free, unattended, and temporary: the demo agent is deleted when the demo expires (about 14 days), and you can rebuild it afterwards. Demos exist so you can hear the product on your own business before paying anything. Fair use applies; automated or abusive use gets rate-limited or blocked.

Paid plans

Plans, included minutes, and overage rates are exactly as published on the pricing page; there are no numbers that appear only in invoices. Calls never cut off when included minutes run out, extra minutes are metered at your plan's overage rate. Annual plans get 2 months free and setup waived. Custom integrations are quoted separately, fixed-price, before any work starts.

You can cancel a monthly plan at the end of any billing month. Your call data remains exportable before and after cancellation.

Your responsibilities

Use the agents lawfully: no harassment, no deception about who is calling, no use that violates telecom rules in your market. Our agents disclose that they are recorded AI at the start of every call; do not ask us to remove that disclosure.

An AI receptionist is not an emergency service. Do not route calls to it where a failed or delayed answer could endanger someone.

Ours and yours

Your business information, your call recordings, and your transcripts are yours. The platform, templates, and agent designs are ours. We may mention you as a customer only with your permission.

The honest limits

AI agents mishear and misunderstand sometimes, and third-party infrastructure can have outages. We engineer fallbacks (voicemail, human transfer) but the service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the issue.
